Prowalt Projects and Construction is the construction division of Le Walt Real Estate and specializes in building, construction and development of Residential, Commercial, Industrial and Retail sectors of the property market in Gauteng and KZN.
Founder and owner of the group, Leon van der Walt, started his first construction project in 1984, and have been involved in all aspects of construction and property since then.
Prowalt is registered with the NHBRC and became a member of the Gauteng Master Builders Association.
With a passion for quality Leon believes that there are three main critical areas to focus on and have excellent processes in place for these if you want to be successful in any project.

- Design ,development and construction of the exclusive Lafayette restaurant and Centurion Mall

- Conceptualised and developed 10,000 square metre A-grade office blocks in Highveld Techno Park for Siemens.
- Concept and development of an 18,000 square metre Service Centre consisting of offices, workshops, warehouse and computer room and other facilities for an international blue chip company in Midrand.
